We created FEM with a wish to support you in getting acquainted with your body and exploring your femininity and fertility. FEM is an online application based on the Fertility Awareness Method. It enables you to keep track, visualize and review your fertility signs & physiological changes and assists you in interpreting them. It also enables you to keep a private journal in which we invite to write about your body, feelings & state-of-mind. Please keep in mind that FEM is intended for expanding awareness.
Please note: If you use a chemical contraceptive then FEM and Fertility Awareness Method are not relevant because the chemicals over-ride natural menstrual phenomenon and generate constant signs of infertility.
